5 Easy Workouts You Can Do From Home





There are many quick, effective workout exercises today that could help you eliminate all that fat in your body but at the same time improve your physical strength. In fact, most of these exercises don't even require you to go to the gym. Just get out of your couch and find a clear area in your home and you can now already do some of the best exercises that help you lose weight. Here are 5 of those exercises:





1. Barrel Chest Workout That You Can Do In Your Bedroom



To do this, you need to make sure to perform all exercises in an arduous superset. Don't forget to rest 3 minutes within each exercise because intermittent rest is proven to aid better results. Here are the exercises:



1.1 Push Up, about 15 reps



1.2. Pull Up, using a door frame, as many reps you can do



1.3. Plank for about 60 seconds



1.4. Renegade Row, for about ten reps.



Repeat all these exercises five times.





2. Body Fat Burnout Workout



In this workout, you should first perform the exercises labeled A, and then go to the ones labeled B, then repeat the steps prescribed at the end of each set.



1A is Dumbbell Lunge and then 1B is Pushup



You should first do three sets of each, with 8-12 reps for each set. There should be 90 seconds of rest between each set.



2A is Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift and to be followed with 2B Ab-Wheel Rolling, which would consist of 3 sets each, six reps for each set, while having 90 seconds between each superset. The rest is important because you build your muscles not when you're exercising but when you're resting.





3. Bodyweight Using Milk jugs



The good thing about being in your home to exercise is that you can use all your household items as your weights. For example, if you have empty milk jugs, you can fill them with water and make them your dumbbells. You can also use anything else in your home that's challenging to carry for more than ten times in one set.





4. Jumping Jacks



Doing 30 simple jacks in 3 sets would also be a good and simple exercise you can do at home. Add some 10 to 20 planks in one set, and you can make your jumping jacks an even more valuable body workout that you don't need to go to the gym for.





5. Walking Lunges



If you find doing a strict and intensive body workout too stressful, you may be better off just making some walking lunges for 20 repetitions, three sets and 60 seconds of rest in between. This kind of exercise is perfect for those who have limited mobility or have limitations in their body that hinder them to for a more intensive bodily exercise.

1. Consider supplements.
