“The hardest part” of breast cancer under 40.

Diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer at 37, she told CBS News that two-and-a-half years in, there have been so many changes in her life – from navigating conversations about cancer with her two young children to managing work and treatments and keeping family life on track.

Beth Caldwell, who is being treated for stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, snuggles with her family, including her husband J, and her children, Maggie and Jim.

But she’s also seen many men cope well when their partners get breast cancer.
