Nestled among beautiful lakes and creeks, rustic bridges and a network of zip lines, the Treehouse alcohol and drug rehab sits on 40 serene acres near Dallas, Texas. This peaceful treatment sanctuary is ideal for the intensive, rewarding work of recovery.
 
Our compassionate, multi-specialty experts apply clinically sound therapies and research-proven treatment to guide you back to health. Led by a physician who is Board-Certified in Addiction Medicine, The Treehouse team includes recognized trauma specialists, nurse practitioners and licensed therapists with advanced training in chemical dependency and complex mental health issues.
 
As a client at The Treehouse, you’ll experience gracious, highly individualized care (our staff-to-client ratio is nearly 1:1). Everything we do centers on your complete recovery from drug or alcohol addiction, even if that means adding a distinct intervention or recreational therapy to accelerate your healing. You’ll find plenty of fresh air and sunshine at the Treehouse, as you connect with nature and regain your vitality. Here you can enjoy good bass fishing or seek the woods for prayer and meditation. You may choose to express yourself through art therapy, embrace mind-body healing with Tai Chi, or learn to prepare fresh and healthy cuisine in our fun, chef-taught classes.
 
At every stage of recovery, you’ll be surrounded in comfort. Treehouse amenities include relaxing lodge accommodations, an on-site pastry chef, and pizza made from scratch in our wood-burning outdoor oven. It’s all about life in balance, and finding the joy that recovery brings.

9:00 – 10:00 a.m:  Journaling with DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)
 
Snack/Break
 
10:00 – 11:00 a.m:  Skills Group (DBT and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
 
11:00 a.m – Noon:  Addiction Recovery
 
Noon – 1:00 p.m.:  Lunch
 
1:00 – 2:00 p.m.:  Recovery-Oriented Challenge Therapy (Ropes Course)
