Let It Go! A Diabetes Parody Song ("I Feel Low")

About this video:

A diabetes version of "Let It Go" from Disney's "Frozen"

There are quite a few musical breaks in this song, so when I'm wearing pink I am doing the instruments and when I'm wearing blue I'm doing vocals :) Lol!

P.S. I love Frozen!!

LYRICS:

The sugars run high in my blood tonight,
not a good one to be seen.
A kingdom of bad blood sugars
And it looks like, I'm the queen.

Insulin flowing from my pump into my side
Couldn't get it down, heaven knows I tried
Don't over bolus
Don't over correct
Be the good diabetic you have to be

Control, don't guess
Don't make it low

Well now its low

I feel low
I feel low
Cant hold it back anymore
I feel low
I feel low
Turn away and check some more
I don't care
What they're going to say
Let me have a juice box
The carbs never bothered me anyway

Its funny how some sugar
Makes everything alright
And the fear of going lower
Cant get to me at all

Its time to see
What I can do
To test my sugars
And improve

No right no wrong, just in between
Time to eat

I feel low
I feel low
I'm one with this piece of pie
I feel low
I feel low
You'll never see me cry
Here I stand
And here Ill stay
Let the storm rage on

My sugar spirals from the air into the ground
My glucose changing from way too high to way too low now
And one thought crystallizes like an icy blast
I need to get this blood sugar up fast

I feel low
I feel low
Please rise like the break of dawn
I feel low
I feel low
That perfect number is gone
Here I stand
Eating this slice of cake
Let the numbers rise up
The carbs never bothered me anyway
