Over the weekend, I had an appointment with a nutritionist. I found this to be super helpful! We went over my previous grocery and restaurant bills from the past month or so and she gave me tips on things I was doing well and areas where I could use improvement - i.e. eating less processed foods. She also helped me to plan a few weekly menus and make a grocery shopping game plan. This was really helpful to me because I work two different jobs and have to take care of a family so having fast but healthy weeknight meals is an absolute must!

Ava, great job! That sounds like a great start - and I have one to share too! After a tough start to getting back into jogging, I completed my first full mile job without needing to stop and rest. I was so psyched to hit the mile mark and I'm going to try for a full two in the next week or so! Keep up the good work!
