What are the common symptoms of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL)?

Common symptoms of ALL include:
 
  • Bleeding from the gums
  • Bone pain
  • Frequent infections
  • Shortness of breath
  • Weakness
  • Fatigue
  • Petechiae (small, red, flat dots on the skin)
  • Frequent or severe nosebleeds
  • Painless lumps around the neck, underarm, abdomen or groin (these are due to swollen lymph nodes)
  • Pale skin
  • Fever
  • Stomach pain
  • Feeling of fullness below the ribs
  • Bruising/bleeding more easily
